What a sales proposal deck should contain
A client proposal is not a company brochure. The buyer wants to see that you understood their problem, how you will solve it, what it costs and what happens next. Slidy builds the deck around that outline when you ask for a proposal or a sales deck:
- The client's situation and problem, in their words, taken from your notes or their brief.
- Your solution: what you deliver and what changes for them.
- Process steps or timeline: how the work runs, from kick-off to delivery.
- Key figures: only the ones you provide (volumes, results from past work, deadlines).
- Pricing: your amounts if they are in your text, otherwise XX placeholders to fill in.
- Next step: a clear call to action, such as a sign-off date or a follow-up meeting.
