Is there an AI PowerPoint generator without a subscription?

Yes. Slidy charges per export: €2.99 to download one deck as an editable .pptx, or €9.99 for 5 exports. Payment is one-time by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay and nothing renews.

Can I try Slidy before paying?

Yes. Every account gets 2 AI generations every 30 days with full preview and editing, without a credit card.

Do I pay again to re-download a deck?

No. Re-downloading a deck you have already exported does not use another credit.

Is there any recurring charge?

No. Slidy has no subscription and no automatic renewal. You only pay when you buy an export or a pack of 5 exports.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You receive a confirmation email for every payment.

When is a subscription tool a better deal?

If you produce several decks every week, or need a shared team workspace, a monthly plan is usually cheaper per deck and better suited.

When paying per deck is cheaper — and when it is not

The question is simply how many decks you produce. A plan at about $10 a month billed yearly costs around $120 a year, whether you build two decks or two hundred.

A few decks a year (fundraising, a conference talk, a yearly review): with Slidy you pay €2.99 to €9.99 in total.
One or two decks a month: the 5-export pack brings each deck to about €2, still below most monthly plans.
Several decks every week: a subscription becomes cheaper per deck, and its team features may matter more to you than the price.

Slidy is built for the first two situations: founders, consultants, students and freelancers who need a good deck occasionally and refuse to pay for the months in between.

What you get without subscribing

Three ways to start: a topic (with optional web research for short prompts), a pasted text or outline, or a PDF / DOCX document.
5 to 35 slides, with varied layouts — key figures, comparisons, timelines, image slides — and one of 9 themes matched to your subject.
Browser editing of text and images before you pay anything.
An editable .pptx export you own and can rework in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.

How payment works

When you click export on a deck, Slidy shows two options: one export for €2.99, or the Creator Bundle of 5 exports for €9.99. You pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the credit is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive an email receipt. While you hold export credits, the 2-generation free limit no longer applies.

When Slidy is not the right choice

You build many decks every week: a monthly plan will cost less per deck.
You need team collaboration: Slidy has no shared workspace, live co-editing or comments.
You need a public API or integrations: Slidy does not offer one.
You want AI inside PowerPoint itself: Copilot or an add-in works in your existing file; Slidy creates a new deck that you then open in PowerPoint.

One-time payment

You pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay for one export or a pack of five. Nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel, and a confirmation email is sent for every payment.

Free until you export

Generate, preview and edit the whole deck first. You decide to pay only when you have seen the result.

Re-downloads are free

Once a deck is exported, downloading it again does not use another credit.

A standard PowerPoint file

The export is an editable .pptx that opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote. You keep the file; there is no account needed to open it.
